You must upload a spreadsheet file containing all of your line entries to the insurers before every draw takes place by following a simple predefined process.
In simple terms, if a line combination is not in the uploaded file, then it’s not covered. We set it up for you and it’s an easy process.
You cannot carry out the lotto draw yourself. It must be independent. We use a Random Number Generator (RNG) which has been developed and certified by PIMS-SCA and their underwriters for this purpose and for all clients. This is what will randomly generate your weekly numbers. Again, very easy to manage. So, no more drawing lotto numbers yourself on Facebook live from the club hall every week!
There is a once off €/£50 setup cost for access to the File upload facility and the RNG.
There will be a commercial agreement to sign, like with any other cover, and an invoice to pay for prize cover credits each time you need them. All very easy and painless.
